1.Scope of Application
This Delivery Policy applies to the shipment services provided by Carmela Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”) to registered wholesale customers (B2B) via the website carmelafashion.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). The Website is exclusively available to wholesale customers who have completed business registration and passed our verification process.

2.Place of Shipment
All goods are shipped from warehouses located in Mainland China.

3.Delivery Regions
At present, the Website supports delivery only to metropolitan France (including Corsica, excluding overseas territories). We are progressively expanding to additional countries and regions. For the most up-to-date list of supported delivery regions and their respective shipping rates, please refer to the information displayed on the Website at the time of order placement. For delivery to countries or regions not yet supported, please contact our customer service in advance to inquire about feasibility and conditions.

4.Carrier and Shipping Method
We exclusively use SF International as the carrier and adopt the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Incoterm. This means: shipping costs are borne by the Company, while customs duties, VAT (e.g., French TVA), and any other import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient (customer) and must be paid by the customer upon customs clearance in the destination country. An estimated amount for duties and taxes will be displayed on the checkout page for your reference only. The actual amount is determined by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country and may vary due to product classification, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in local regulations.

5.Freight Calculation
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region, the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000), rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram (any fraction of a kilogram is charged as 1 kg).

  • Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed in real time on the checkout page based on the selected delivery address and the items in your cart.
  • As additional regions become available in the future, each destination will have its own specific shipping rate structure, which will be clearly detailed in the corresponding regional rates page.

6.Delivery Timeframe
After dispatch from Mainland China, average transit time is approximately 10 working days (excluding customs clearance time in the destination country). Customs clearance typically takes 1–5 working days depending on workload. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

7.Order Tracking
Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You may check the latest status via the official SF International website or through your member account on this Website.

8.Receipt and Inspection
Please inspect the packaging immediately upon receipt. In case of severe external damage or missing items, please refuse delivery on the spot and contact our customer service immediately. The Company accepts no liability for transport damage discovered after the parcel has been signed for.

9.Returns and Exchanges (B2B Wholesale)
As this Website operates on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis, all sales are final. Except in cases of serious discrepancy with the order or manufacturing defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges once goods have been shipped. For damage or loss occurring during transit, please file a claim directly with SF International.
