Delivery Policy

1. Scope of Application
This Delivery Policy applies to the shipment services provided by Carmela Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”) to registered wholesale customers (B2B) via the website carmelafashion.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). The Website is exclusively available to wholesale customers who have completed business registration and passed our verification process.
2. Place of Shipment
All goods are shipped from warehouses located in Mainland China.
3. Delivery Regions
At present, the Website only supports delivery to addresses within metropolitan France (including Corsica, excluding overseas territories). For delivery to other countries or regions, please contact our customer service in advance.
4. Carrier and Shipping Method
We exclusively use SF International as the carrier and adopt the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterm. This means that customs duties, French VAT (TVA), and any other import taxes are included in the order total and prepaid by the Company.
5. Freight Calculation
Freight is calculated at RMB 71 per kilogram. For certain apparel items, volumetric weight is applied (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000). The higher of actual weight and volumetric weight will be used. Freight will be automatically displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery Timeframe
After shipment from Mainland China, the average transit time is approximately 10 working days (excluding French customs clearance). Customs clearance typically takes 1–5 working days depending on workload. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
7. Order Tracking
Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You may check the latest status via the official SF International website or your member account on this Website.
8. Receipt and Inspection
Please inspect the packaging immediately upon receipt. In case of severe external damage or missing items, please refuse delivery on the spot and contact our customer service immediately. We accept no liability for transport damage discovered after signing for the parcel.
9. Returns and Exchanges (B2B Wholesale)
As this Website operates on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis, all sales are final. Except in cases of serious discrepancy with the order or manufacturing defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges once goods are shipped. For damage or loss during transit, please file a claim directly with SF International.
